Sweet meets sour: Pour honey, lemon juice and freikopf green into a cocktail shaker and stir until the honey has dissolved. Now add the ice cubes and shake thoroughly. Now for the finale: strain the drink through a sieve into your cocktail glass, top with lemon zest and enjoy. Cheers!
