Shipping

We know you’re thirsty already, so we do everything we can to get your drinks to your door as quickly and safely as possible. Your parcel will be sent with our shipping partner DHL.

Delivery within Germany takes 1–3 working days following conclusion of the contract, unless a different delivery time is stated for the relevant product. For international deliveries, delivery takes 3–7 working days following conclusion of the contract, unless a different delivery time is stated for the relevant product.

Deliveries take a little break on Sundays and public holidays too. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will let you know as soon as possible.

And to give you plenty of time to stock up on ice, here is everything you need to know about our shipping costs:

Shipping within Germany

Within Germany, we ship your order with DHL GoGreen Plus.

  • No minimum order requirement

  • Shipping: €4.90

  • Free shipping on orders worth €40.00 or more

  • Delivery time: 1–3 working days

Shipping within the EU

We ship to the following EU countries with DHL Paket for a flat rate of €9.90:
Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania and Spain.

The following applies to these countries:

  • No minimum order requirement

  • Shipping charges always apply

  • Delivery time: 3–7 working days

Shipping to Switzerland

We also ship to Switzerland with DHL Paket for a flat rate of €9.90. The following applies to Switzerland:

  • No minimum order requirement

  • Shipping charges always apply

  • Delivery time: usually 3–7 working days

Please note:
As Switzerland is not part of the EU, additional taxes, customs duties, import charges or customs clearance fees may be payable upon import. These costs are not included in our shipping charges and may have to be paid by the recipient. Customs clearance may also extend the delivery time. Unfortunately, we have no influence over how long customs processing takes – our bottles may be charming, but even they can’t bribe customs.

All shipping costs will be displayed transparently in your basket and again during checkout.
