You’ll find the button „Password forgotten“ in your account. Just click on the link and enter your email adress under which you created your account. We will then send you an email with a link to reset your password.

You'll find a tracking number from DHL in your confirmation email. Enter it here, and you'll get precise information about when your package will arrive.

At FREIKOPF, you can pay with KLARNA, PayPal, credit card (VISA & MASTER), Apple Pay, GooglePay, and bank transfer.

Your package will usually be deposited at the nearest parcel station or DHL store. A notification will be left in your mailbox indicating exactly where you can pick up your package. Alternatively, you can also retrieve the information through DHL's tracking service. To do so, enter your tracking number here.

We ship climate neutral with DHL GoGreen. CO2 emissions generated during the shipping of our products are offset through investments in climate protection projects and the development of renewable energy. All these projects are independently audited and certified.

We ship plastic-free and exclusively in custom-made cartons designed for our products. This way, we don't waste space in the box and, consequently, no valuable resources. After all, our drinks need space in the glass, not in excessive packaging. And if we ever need cushioning material, we opt for fully compostable, plant-based packaging chips.

FREIKOPF non-alcoholic drinks have a shelf life of 2 years if unopened. After opening, our products can be kept refrigerated at +8° C for 2 months. Our se_co has a shelf life of 18 months unopened. Once opened, you should store it in the fridge at a maximum temperature of +8°C and consume it within 10 days.

Our drinks serve as the base for non-alcoholic long drinks and cocktails. Using the right filler, such as tonic water, cola, etc., you can create the perfect non-alcoholic drink. Check out our recipes here.
